Three compelling fights in the past eight years still haven't resolved the rivalry between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez.So they're stepping in the ring together for a fourth bout on Dec. 8 in Las Vegas.And this time, they're both looking for knockouts.Pacquiao and Marquez fought to a draw in 2004, and Pacquiao won by decision in 2008 and again last year.
