Earl Rashad Clark (born January 17, 1988) is an American professional basketball player. Clark played collegiate basketball for the University of Louisville men's basketball team and was drafted 14th overall by the Phoenix Suns in the 2009 NBA Draft.

Clark, along with Hedo Turkoglu and Jason Richardson , were acquired on December 18, 2010 from Phoenix in a six-player trade.In 33 games with the Magic last season, the 6-foot-10 Clark averaged 4.1 points and 2.5 rebounds."Earl is a young, athletic forward, who brings a lot of energy when he comes into the game, especially at the defensive end of the floor," Magic general manager Otis Smith said.
