Diamondbacks sell Rusty Ryal's rights to Yomiuri

PHOENIX (Reuters) - The Arizona Diamondbacks have sold the rights to utility man Rusty Ryal to Japan's Yomiuri Giants, the Diamondbacks said Thursday.Ryal, who played parts of two seasons with Arizona, posted a .261 batting average last season while playing left field, first and third base.
