Phillies' Halladay has sore shoulder

After being shelled for nine runs on four hits and four walks in just 2 1/3 innings against Miami Sunday, Philadelphia Phillies right-hander Roy Halladay revealed he has been dealing with a sore shoulder since April 24."I just got up after that start against Pittsburgh (on April 24) and had soreness in there and wasn't able to get rid of it," Halladay said after Sunday's setback.Halladay struck out eight and allowed just one run on one hit in a six-inning no-decision against the Pirates, but was tagged for eight runs on nine hits in 3 2/3 frames against the Cleveland Indians in his next start on April 30.The veteran right-hander, who turns 36 on May 14, is expected to fly to Los Angeles to be examined by Dr. Lewis Yocum."We'll probably have him examined out in California, but we'll know probably in a few days a little bit more," Phillies general manager Ruben Amaro, Jr. said.
