Philadelphia Phillies rookie reliever Michael Stutes was removed after throwing only three pitches in the sixth inning against the St. Louis Cardinals .Stutes fell behind 3-0 to Lance Berkman leading off the sixth before looking to the dugout for help and pointing at his right shoulder.
