The Oakland Athletics recalled pitcher Graham Godfrey from Triple-A Sacramento and optioned pitcher Pedro Figueroa to Sacramento on Tuesday.Godfrey, who will start against the Angels Tuesday, was on Oakland's Opening Day roster, but was optioned to Sacramento on April 21 after losing his first three starts.The 27-year-old went 3-0 with a 1.21 earned run average and 22 strikeouts over five starts in the minors.Figueroa posted a 2.00 ERA in eight relief appearances with the A's, but issued nine walks over nine innings....
