Mariners catcher Adam Moore will have knee surgery Thursday on a right medial meniscus tear.

Moore started the year on the disabled list while recovering from a fracture in the third metacarpal in his right wrist suffered during spring training.He was batting .303 with one home run and five RBI in 10 games with Triple-a Tacoma this season.Moore was limited to two games with Seattle last season after suffering a torn medial meniscus in his right knee that required surgery....
