    "Modern Family" star Julie Bowen commanded attention before and during the Emmys on Sunday night.Bowen had jaws dropping on the red carpet when she arrived in a daring Oscar de la Renta plunging V-neck gown, showing off her taut, toned physique.But it turns out the 41-year-old actress wouldn’t mind an extra layer of sponge.“I think I’m a little overly muscled.
