Court documents claiming Kevin Federline's brother, Chris, is the father of Britney Spears' oldest son, Sean, are a hoax, says Federline's aunt, Diane Story."We pity the hoaxter for believing they could get by such a crazy story and for also believing they could damage the reputation of America's pop princess," Story told the entertainment website Celebuzz .FOX411 reached out to both Federline and Spears on Thursday after reports of the lawsuit surfaced earlier this week, but received no reply from either.In the papers, reported first by RadarOnline and posted on US Weekly 's website, an individual claming to be Christopher Federline said he was the "true father" of her son Sean Preston, 7.
