An Indiana man arrested on suspicion of voyeurism after rigging his boot with a video camera is facing felony charges, the Indianapolis Star reported Wednesday on its Web site.

At least seven women and girls have come forward as victims since David Delagrange, 40, was arrested Saturday at an Indianapolis mall, according to the paper. Four of the victims are under the age of 18, Marion County Prosecutor Carl Brizzi said.

Some of the victims were shopping when targeted by Delagrange, while others were working in clothing stores. Delagrange attached a camera to his boot, and then slid his foot under the victims' dresses, the Star reported.

Brizzi’s office has filed four counts of attempted child exploitation, seven counts of voyeurism, and one misdemeanor count of resisting law enforcement.

It was not immediately clear to authorities what Delagrange planned to do with the footage.

Bail has been set at $50,000 and a trial is scheduled for May 12.
