Octomom Nadya Suleman beamed as she posed with her eight toddlers, who are celebrating their first birthday.

The six boys and two girls were born a year ago today.

But they had an early celebration Sunday complete with chocolate cake, balloons and pink and blue party hats.

Suleman, 34, gave birth to Makai, Jeremiah, Isaiah, Noah, Josiah, Jonah, Maliyah and Nariyah through IVF.

"Each has a different, distinct personality," said Suleman, who has six other children.

Suleman sleeps two hours a night and has three live-in nannies to help her in La Habra, Calif., home.

"They're perfect babies," said Jeff Czech, Suleman's attorney. "Perfect in the sense there's nothing wrong with them health-wise."
