SEAN HANNITY, HOST: Carbon conscious Nancy Pelosi boarded an Air Force jet last night and head all the way to Copenhagen. And not only that she took 20 members of Congress and another jet with all with her leaving a trail of carbon dioxide as far as the eye can see. But wait until you hear how the Speaker of the House tried to spin this trip. She said quote, "We see Copenhagen as a meeting about job creation. How do we move forward to create millions of clean energy jobs and new technologies to keep America number one."

Wow. I can't wait to see how the American job market is going to react to the Speaker's trip that you're paying for. Joining me with reaction, Fox News anchor/analyst Kimberly Guilfoyle. And New York Daily News columnist S. E. Cupp. Good to see you.

S. E. CUPP, NEW YORK DAILY NEWS COLUMNIST: Good to see you.

• Video: Watch Sean's interview

HANNITY: We're paying for this trip.

CUPP: Right.

HANNITY: You know, they're not creating jobs. She just — they just spent a bundle on earmarks before they go away. We're paying for this and we're paying for their limo.

KIMBERLY GUILFOYLE, FOX NEWS ANCHOR/ANALYST: Right.

HANNITY: And she's going to spin it that she's doing us a favor?

GUILFOYLE: Yes, they wrote some rubber checks, we can't afford to pay for any of this and then they're like, "Hey, see you later, Copenhagen." I would like to be there, too. And apparently it's lovely there. Snowing, beautiful.

HANNITY: Apparently, they're having an ice snowstorm.

GUILFOYLE: No global warming, by the way.

HANNITY: A snowstorm. It's freezing. Record low temperatures.

GUILFOYLE: That's embarrassing.

CUPP: Well, the irony doesn't end there. I'm calling this Hopenhagen. Because I think that this is really just a dog and pony show. It's a lot of hope and smoke and mirrors. And the problem is that they're using the terms like "moral imperative." This is the joke and the hypocrisy of the far left. There is no moral imperative for a group who is all about moral relativism. I mean, meat is murder but abortion fine, let's have a million. Fur is reprehensible, but stem cells, bring them to me, I want more. It's crazy!

HANNITY: Here's what I don't understand. How do you justify going to a climate change summit because the carbon emissions and they all take private jets to get there? I can't get beyond the hypocrisy things here.

CUPP: They're living in looney land.

GUILFOYLE: Yes, how is their carbon footprint these days?

(CROSSTALK)

HANNITY: I have the total —

GUILFOYLE: I know, you added it up, you think about it —

HANNITY: …40,500 tons. There is an advertiser on my radio show. Gotomeeting.com. They're a paid advertiser on my radio Show. Why not just have an online meeting? There are plenty of other services that they can use.

GUILFOYLE: Because that wouldn't be very fun, Sean, at taxpayers' expense now. Would it?

CUPP: And it wouldn't be very dramatic. And I think that they're looking for a dramatic theatrical moment, sort of get people on board. Obama's flying in. Pelosi's flying in. To make this look a big summit where they're actually getting stuff done.

GUILFOYLE: By the way they have it here like a desert. Dry, hot, uncomfortable place.

HANNITY: Here is where it got really serious and Hilary Clinton said this today. They are going to cobble this to $100 billion. Billions, with the B, dollars a year.

CUPP: Right. We're in the middle of a war, our economy's tanking, we have staggering unemployment. This is not the time to play world police to the environmental community. And I have to tell you, this really isn't about making sure that poorer nations become environmentally responsible. This is about foisting liberalism. The kind of liberalism we have in America on the rest of the world. And it's really cheap and it's a pander.

GUILFOYLE: It's grossly irresponsible, Sean. Because this isn't going to create jobs and it's not going to save the planet and it's really just another burden in tax payers' back and where is their focus?

HANNITY: I'm going to ask Bill. Bill Bennett is going to come up and we'll talk about these very same things. Here's what I want, I want to get your answers before I ask him though. $100 billion and most of it is going to come from the United States. Because it always comes from us.

GUILFOYLE: Of course.

HANNITY: All right, so we're going to pay the bulk of this money. And so the question is, why? Are we — is redistribution of the wealth not just nationalizing health care, not welfare, not free housing, but now we're going to feed the world and give whatever change we have left to the rest of the world?

GUILFOYLE: Well, it doesn't make any sense. Again, it's not responsible. I don't know why they're adopting this platform. And thinking that the American people are going to like it. It's not appropriate.

HANNITY: This is a conspiracy —

GUILFOYLE: It's very shortsighted. And it's weakening this country. It's part of an overall theme where we're crippling our country and the future for our children and grandchildren. And somebody needs to step up and act responsibly.

HANNITY: So this is about — so the reason that scientists would lie, the reason that we spend $100 billion is why, S.E.?

CUPP: Well, I mean, you know, again, this is part of this dog and pony show. It's about ideology. This is not about climate change.

HANNITY: What's the ideology?

CUPP: Of the far left. It's the ideology of the far left. The moral imperative.

HANNITY: Isn't it Marxism, Socialism?

CUPP: Well, it is in that it's redistribution of wealth. But particularly offensive when you consider that ideology —

HANNITY: To each country —

(CROSSTALK)

GUILFOYLE: Transparent about the administration now is they're just out in front in the open saying, "Hey, communism. You'll like it. Socialism, you'll like it."

HANNITY: How can you be so out of touch when the American people, all oppose to show that Obama is tank. Lowest numbers of any president in the first year in modern history. Congress' approval ratings in the 20s. Pelosi's in the 20s. Harry Reid is going to lose in Nevada. And they spend another $1.1 trillion and now they're committing $100 billion a year on phony science?

CUPP: They're completely out of touch. The phony science part is the most offensive piece of this.

HANNITY: But here's my point. Even if you're out of touch, for your one political instinctive survival you're going to step up and say, "I'm not going to do this."

CUPP: You know what Obama should have done, he should have — I remember during his inaugural address, that he said, "I want to restore science to its rightful place." Science needs some restoring right now.

HANNITY: .The put on John Holdren the guy who believes in forced sterilization.

CUPP: — Bad PR problem right now and Obama should have said as much as we don't want the ideology of the far right corrupting science, we shouldn't let the ideology of the far left corrupt it, either.

GUILFOYLE: Look, I think they're not listening. They need to focus and pay attention and they're going to be thrown out of office and by the way the sooner the better.

HANNITY: How do you really —

GUILFOYLE: I'm just telling you. I think it's ridiculous. I'm tired of it, and you know what, the American people are tired of it and check the polls. Because I know you care about those and it's not going well.

CUPP: It's a scam.

HANNITY: All right. Sort of like a bad Van Halen video.

GUILFOYLE: Don't throw Van Halen into it.

HANNITY: All right. We got to run. Thank you, guys.
