Ingredients:
1 cup dark brown sugar
? pound butter
? cup triple sec liqueur
4 large ripe liced bananas
1 oz 151 proof rum
To Prepare:
Heat a 8-10 inch skillet on a medium flame. Add 1 cup dark brown sugar, ½ pound butter and ¼ cup triple sec liqueur. Mix together and cooke until melted. Add 4 large ripe bananas. Lower flame and simmer for about 10 minutes. Pour mixture into a bowl and top with an ounce of 151 rum and light with a match. After flame goes out add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and eat!
