Houston County officials say the manager and a dancer of a newly opened club were arrested after the sheriff's office received complaints about nudity.

Houston County Sheriff's Capt. Antonio Gonzalez said deputies arrested 39-year-old Michael Gene Cox of Lynn Haven, Fla., at the club near Madrid on Saturday night and charged him with running a business that allowed too much nudity.

The Dothan Eagle says detectives charged Cox with a felony violation of the anti-obscenity act.

Cox was released from the county Jail after he posted a $2,500 bond.

Gonzalez says detectives also charged a dancer, 33-year-old Cynthia Elaine Best of Cottondale, Fla. with felony possession of cocaine. She also was released after posting a $2,500 bond.
