A fight between “Girls Gone Wild” creator Joe Francis and “The Hills” star Brody Jenner ended with Jenner getting tased, Jenner told TMZ.com.

Jenner claims he and his girlfriend Jayde Nicole were celebrating his 26th birthday when Nicole witnessed Francis harassing her friend. Nicole says she threw a drink on Francis, who then allegedly threw her to the ground, pulled her hair, punched her in the face and kicked her in the chest and ribs. Security then broke up the fight, but not before Jenner and Francis began yelling at each other.

Later, when both were kicked out of the club, Jenner said he punched Joe in the face and then an unknown person tased him. Francis then fled the scene, TMZ reported.

But Francis issued a statement Friday denying Jenner's claims.

"Jenner's public accusations that I punched and kicked his girlfriend are false, outrageous and slanderous," Francis said. "In fact, they are actionable, and I plan to take legal action."

A source close to Jenner told FOXNews.com that tension has been brewing between the two for quite some time and friends had made an effort to keep "The Hills" star well away from Francis. In March this year a fight broke out between the two at Hollywood hotspot MyHouse when Francis "accidentally" elbowed Jayde Nicole as he went to greet Jenner, which ended with the "Girls Gone Wild" founder being dragged out by security although no physical altercation occurred.

The pair have reportedly been on/off friends for many years but haven't really had much to do with one another since Jenner started dating Nicole a year ago.Cops did arrive at the scene Friday, but no arrests were made. Nicole told TMZ she plans to press charges against Francis.

Jerry Shandrew, a rep for Nicole, told FOXNews.com "Jayde Nicole is not at liberty to discuss the altercation that happen this morning pending her attorney's further investigation."

According to a report from RadarOnline.com, the Los Angeles County Sheriff was looking for Francis Friday morning.

Francis is scheduled to stand trial in October for tax evasion charges.
