A Florida man accused of killing his fiancee and two other people in a holiday car crash is headed to court.

Jason Wayne Spurlin is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Wrentham District Court on three counts of motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence.

Authorities say the 31-year-old Spurlin of Lake Worth, Fla. was speeding when the 1998 Jeep Cherokee he was driving veered off a Walpole street, hit a tree and flipped over early Saturday morning.

One of the victims was 23-year-old Amanda Murray of Medfield, Spurlin's fiancee and the mother of his 1-month-old son.

The other victims were identified as Nicholas Kelly and Anna Dubois, both 20, of Walpole.

Eight people died in crashes in eastern Massachusetts on Saturday.
