Scientists have created a diet drink that when consumed will leave you feeling fuller for up to 12 hours, London’s Daily Mail reported.

The mix of olive oil, water and a stabilizing agent was created in the labs of the Institute of Food Research in Norwich, England, and tested at Nottingham University.

And the mixture could be used as an ingredient in other recipes to reduce overeating, scientists said.

“This is the first time we have seen such a dramatic effect from a model meal,” said Dr. Martin Wickham from the Institute of Food Research.
