'I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here' to Premiere Despite Cast Drama

Before filming could even begin in the Costa Rican jungle on "I'm a Celebrity . . . Get Me Out of Here," Janice Dickinson was already ill from inoculation shots, and Stephen Baldwin was throwing tantrums over his lost luggage.

The show, which premieres tonight on NBC, has been one disaster after another for Baldwin, who flew into a rage when asked to take his insurance physical and screamed at staffers, "Why would I take a physical? I'm in perfect shape."

DailyFill.com reports that after Baldwin finally agreed to be examined, he initially flunked it due to high blood pressure. The Jesus-loving has-been also refused at first to take the psychological test.

Because of the delays, the show had to change his flight to Costa Rica several times, which he, of course, missed. And then, to add insult to injury, the airline promptly lost his luggage, causing the actor to unleash another tirade. Come on, Stephen, at least you're working.

Meanwhile, Dickinson, who did the show two years ago, told Page Six her fellow castmates — Lou Diamond Phillips, former "American Idol" contestant Sanjaya Malakar, former NBA-er John Salley, pro wrestler Torrie Wilson, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt of "The Hills," and Patti Blagojevich, wife of the disgraced Illinois governor — don't know what they're in for.
