Authorities canceled an Amber Alert for a 13-year-old Detroit girl who police say was found after she was abducted.

Michigan State Police issued the call Tuesday for Je-Ni Cushondra Scott, last seen Monday morning after her father dropped her off at a west side bus stop.

Investigators say she immediately left on foot.

WXYZ-TV reports she was found Tuesday morning, and she tells the station she was abducted from the street.

Police report her father received a text message from Je-Ni Monday afternoon that said she was locked in the basement of a Detroit home.

The case is under investigation.
