Dumbbell Bicep Curls:

• Do 3 sets—15 reps—3 times per week.

Tricep Extensions:

• Do 3 sets—15 reps—3 times per week.

Shoulder Press:

• Do 3 sets—15 reps—3 times per week.

Note: If advanced, add shadow boxing and jumping jacks to workout—30 to 60 reps—3 times per week.
