A 13-year-old Canadian boy, who has had 75 run-ins with the law in the past year, allegedly slashed a man after he refused to let the boy bum a cigarette, the National Post reported.
The unidentified teen "flew into a rage" and started swinging a knife around while on a train in British Columbia late Sunday, a transit police spokesman told the newspaper, adding that the teen has "huge anger issues and temper problems."
Police said the 23-year-old victim raised his left hand to defect the blade and was severely cut, according to the National Post.
The teen is facing assault and weapons charges, as well as charges that he violated several court orders, police said.
