The daughter of a Pennsylvania man whose body was found rolled up in a rug in the woods was charged in his killing, along with two others.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Ted Housel said Christina Rubin, 22, was charged Monday with murder and related offenses in the slaying of her father Marc Rubin, 46, of Jenkintown, Pa. The two lived together.

A hunter found Marc Rubin dead and wrapped in a rug on Dec. 8 in a secluded area of Hamilton Township, N.J.

Jeffrey Leinheiser, 20, also was charged with murder and related offenses, Housel said. Daniel Dougherty, 19, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, abuse of a corpse and criminal conspiracy.

The victim, who was shot execution style, was identified through fingerprints.

The three defendants were arraigned Sunday. Christina Rubin and Leinheiser are being held without bail; Dougherty is being held on $25,000 cash bail. A hearing for the trio is scheduled for 9 a.m. Jan. 21.

There was no immediate word on a possible motive for the killing.
