A family from Mount Laurel can finally say goodbye to a soldier who died in the Korean War nearly 60 years ago.

The Defense Department says DNA testing identified the remains of Army Sgt. Dougall Espey Jr. He was one of 350 soldiers missing in action after a battle near Unsan, North Korea on Nov. 1, 1950. His body was among hundreds turned over by North Korea between 1991 and 1994.

His sister, Mariam Espey, of Mount Laurel, says relatives are planning a full military funeral in Elmira, N.Y., where their family is from. The date of the service: April 3, which would have been Espey's 80th birthday.
