JERUSALEM – Police have lifted a security alert in Tel Aviv, hours after warning the public of a possible attack.
Security officials set up roadblocks around the city early Tuesday to check for suspicious vehicles. The precautions caused traffic jams throughout the city.
Police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld says the situation is back to normal. No further details were immediately available.
