A 16-year-old British boy has been jailed for a minimum of 13 years after murdering a father of three and then filming himself on his cell phone saying "eyes of a killer."

Andrew Smith and 18-year-old Jason Bolton kicked and punched Asaf Mahmood Ahmed in a seemingly senseless attack in Boltonon Dec. 21 last year.

Ahmed had left a family party to walk to a local shop when the pair decided to pick on him.

They had been drinking, and had already tried to target another man who managed to escape unhurt.

Witnesses saw Ahmed lying on the top step of a Labour club being assaulted by the pair, who were using racially abusive language.

Bolton was seen kicking and jumping on Ahmed's head, while Smith beat him on his head and body.

Police were called and arrived at the scene to find Ahmed's body lying near the club's fire exit clutching an inhaler.

An hour after the brutal killing, Smith, who was 15 at the time, made a chilling video recording on his phone.

It shows his face hovering menacingly above the camera while he says, "eyes of a killer."

Smith was later arrested at his home in Bolton where detectives found the video clip.

During a two-week trial, ManchesterCrown Court heard that Mr Ahmed had died from an asthma attack as he lay in a pool of blood.
