MOBILE, Ala. – The childhood home of former baseball home run king Hank Aaron will be moved Monday.
The small white house will become a museum operated by the city's minor-league team.
The home was to be moved over the weekend, but it was delayed due to bad weather and technical problems.
The 3-bedroom dwelling will be placed next to "The Hank," or Hank Aaron Stadium, home of the Mobile BayBears. Aaron grew up in Mobile's Toulminville neighborhood.
The house could open as a museum sometime in the spring.
