LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Louisville police say a woman killed her two daughters then shot herself to death at her home in the southern part of the city.
Louisville Metro Police spokeswoman Alicia Smiley says a family member who lives elsewhere called police shortly before 7:30 p.m. EDT Monday after discovering the deaths.
Smiley says it hasn't been determined how the girls died. They are believed to be 7 to 10 years old.
No identities have been released. An investigation is ongoing.
