Pennsylvania State Police are looking for a man who fled a traffic stop, leaving a dead woman's body in the trunk of the car he was driving.

Police say 32-year-old Julio Lastra, wrecked the car at around 1 a.m. Thursday after he made a left turn at a red light in suburban Harrisburg. Police say he has ties to Lebanon and is also known as Jose Ramon Ayala.

Trooper Karl Schmidhamer says troopers were about to give Lastra a sobriety test when he ran away.

Troopers found the body of 41-year-old Marisol Rivera in the trunk of the car. Police say she was killed about an hour earlier in Bethel Township, about 30 miles east of Harrisburg.

Police say they believe Lastra fled in a stolen Cadillac SUV, which was found later Thursday in Baltimore.
