A former Columbus lawyer who became known as the "naked photographer" has been put under six months' house arrest for violating probation.

Four years ago, Stephen Linnen pleaded guilty to charges that he ambushed women while was nude and photographed their reactions. The 37-year-old pleaded guilty last month to drunken driving, a violation of his probation.

In court on Monday, defense attorney Sam Shamansky said his client has been living a clean life otherwise. Linnen, who worked as a lawyer for the Ohio House Republican caucus, previously served a year in jail and had his law license suspended.

A judge warned Linnen that another violation would mean jail time.
