A California woman who sustained leg injuries after she was trampled as a crowd rushed out of the House of Blues in West Hollywood was recovering Thursday, MyFOXLA reported.
According to police, a fight broke out late Wednesday night as a concert by rap group Three 6 Mafia ended at the venue on Sunset Blvd., MyFOXLA reported. The victim was reportedly trampled as the crowd fled from the violence.
The altercation then continued outside and reportedly involved some of the county sheriff’s deputies.
The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for a leg injury, which was classified as an accident, MyFOXLA said.
Deputies from other sheriff’s stations were rushed to the area to assist with crowd control. Two men were arrested at the scene, one for public drunkenness and the other on an outstanding warrant. Neither of the men were involved in the fight, MyFOXLA reported.
