A young Pennsylvania woman charged with bilking her friends, neighbors and co-workers out of thousands to pay for a year of lavish world travel is headed to jail.
A federal judge on Wednesday ordered Jocelyn Kirsch, 22, to surrender to authorities by 2 p.m. ET Thursday, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

U.S. District Court Judge Eduardo C. Robreno signed the order for the detention, which was agreed to by prosecutors and Kirsch's defense attorney, Ronald Greenblatt, the paper said.
The former Drexel University student and her Ivy League boyfriend, Edward Anderton, were arrested in late December. Anderton pleaded guilty last month to conspiracy, aggravated identity theft, access-device fraud, bank fraud and money laundering.
Greenblatt has said Kirsch plans to plead guilty to charges including aggravated identity theft, money laundering and fraud.
Their fraud scheme, estimated at $100,000 in 2007 alone, paid for jaunts to Paris, London and Hawaii as well as other luxury perks, including Kirsch's stop at a tony salon for $1,700 worth of hair extensions, police said.
"They were two young people that were given many gifts in life," Detective Terry Sweeney said in December, speaking of the couple's supportive families and private schooling. "And the very best thing they could do was victimize other people."
Kirsch had been on house arrest with electronic monitoring since May 28, when Assistant U.S. Attorney Louis Lappen told a judge she stole a credit card in California while awaiting a plea hearing.
Last month Robreno declined to detain Kirsch but had her remain under house arrest with a family member in Philadelphia, the paper said.
