Two Detroit Pistons fans have settled their lawsuits against the Indiana Pacers stemming from a 2004 brawl at The Palace of Auburn Hills.

Attorney Steven Potter says the suits filed by John Ackerman and William Paulson were resolved Friday but would not disclose terms. Potter represents the Pacers.

Grand Blanc resident Paulson claimed he suffered a concussion after then-Pacers players Ron Artest and Stephen Jackson fought with fans at the close of Indiana's game with Detroit on Nov. 19, 2004. St. Clair resident Ackerman claimed he suffered a concussion after being punched by Pacer David Harrison and blamed Artest for starting the fight.

A federal judge in December dismissed two civil lawsuits against Artest.
