DUNDALK, Md. – A Baltimore County fire dispatcher says two people are trapped after a crane collapsed at a steel mill site just east of Baltimore.
It's not clear whether the trapped people are injured. The collapse was reported after 4 p.m. Wednesday as storms rolled through the area, though it is not known if weather played a role.
The crane collapsed at Sparrows Point, the site of a steel mill owned by Russian steelmaker OAO Severstal.
