A wild turkey crashed through a New Jersey family's living room window, and police were called to shoo the belligerent bird away, MyFOXNY.com reported.

The bird plowed through the double-pane window of the house in Livingston, shattering it to pieces and surprising itself as much as the family that lives there.

The stunned turkey sat on the floor for about 15 minutes until police arrived and coaxed it into flying off, MyFOXNY.com reported.

No one was injured in the incident, including the turkey.
