But does that come with fries?

Despite fears of an economic collapse, a Lower Manhattan restaurant is now offering a $175 hamburger.

Dubbed the Richard Nouveau, the burger is made of Kobe beef sprinkled with actual gold flakes, black truffles, a thick slab of seared foie gras and aged Gruyere cheese. It has twice the fat of an everyday hamburger, the New York Daily News reported.

Wall Street Burger Shoppe co-owner Heather Tierney calls the burger "kind of a work of art."

So how does it taste? The Daily News calls the dish "hefty but not too hard to handle."

Tierney says the item attracts Wall Street types who down a few beers and then fork over $175 to "show off in front of their friends."
