Newborns in China are being tagged with some interesting names, according to Xinhua News Service.

A new survey conducted by China's Ministry of Public Security shows that topics of political interest are popular as given names among ordinary citizens.

According to the survey, 2,133 baby names include the phrase "She Bao" (social security), 411 use "Min Yi" (public opinion) and 147 names include "Ze Ren" (responsibility), Xinhua reported.

Even more popular are names that include the phrase "Min Zhu" (democracy), according to Xinhua: some 6,623 Chinese have names comprising that phrase.
