A coroner in Cincinnati says a woman whose body was found Wednesday on the University of Cincinnati campus was highly intoxicated when she died.

Hamilton County Coroner O'dell Owens identified the woman as 31-year-old Kristina Elizabeth Griffen. Authorities have said she was not a student or employee of the university.

Owens said the death was being considered accidental. He noted that the woman's blood-alcohol level was 0.295 percent. Ohio defines drunkenness as any blood-alcohol reading of 0.08 or above.

The woman's body was spotted on a loading dock before 4 a.m. Police said it appeared she had fallen off a Sander Hall walkway railing that is 15 to 20 feet high.
