A 41-year-old female dance instructor whose infant daughter underwent court-ordered paternity testing has been charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old male student.

Nueces County prosecutors said they had received DNA test results but would not disclose who may have fathered Sandra Borrego's daughter. The girl was 6 months old when a judge ordered the tests in October.

Borrego, who rented space and taught folkloric dance at the Most Precious Blood Catholic School for several years, was indicted Thursday on 22 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Fred Jimenez, Borrego's attorney, wouldn't comment Friday.

According to an arrest affidavit, the boy told police he and Borrego had sexual contact 20 to 30 times behind a curtain in the school's cafeteria and at Borrego's house. The alleged contact took place in late 2006, police said.
