Two teen skiers from Texas are lucky to be alive after going out-of-bounds at a Colorado ski resort and one was swept away by an avalanche.

The incident, which occurred in early January at Telluride ski resort, was captured on a helmet camera by a 15-year-old skier who watched as his 18-year-old friend was swept off a cliff by the avalanche.
Fortunately, neither skier was injured in the avalanche; however, both teens were busted by the Telluride ski patrol and charged by the San Miguel County Sheriff’s Office.
