Gwyneth Paltrow spent Monday night at New York's Mount Sinai Hospital for reasons unknown, according to Usmagazine.com.
A witness reportedly revealed to Us, "She was slumped over in a wheelchair pushed by [husband] Chris Martin" and "looked not well."
A representative for Paltrow told Us, "We are not commenting as it's a personal matter."
Paltrow has now returned home, her rep told OK! magazine.
"Gwyneth is fine and at home — we are not commenting further," Stephen Huvane said.
The actress has two children with Coldplay lead singer Martin: Apple Martin, 3, and Moses Martin, 1.
She is most notable for her role in the 1998 film "Shakespeare in Love," for which she won an Oscar.
