JOHN GIBSON, CO-HOST: A college student with an x-rated secret. Breaking news tonight in the case of a small town girl who wanted to make it big, but the dream appears to have turned into a nightmare along the way.

Turns out that Emily Sander of Kansas led a double life as a porn star, now she may have lost her life. Police in Kansas have just found a body in the search for the missing teen, but they have not identified the body yet.

HEATHER NAUERT, CO-HOST: "Big Story" correspondent, Douglas Kennedy, is with us here with the latest. He also spoke with her family — Douglas.

DOUGLAS KENNEDY, FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT: Yeah, I spoke with her grandfather and Clement Sander was shocked today to find out his granddaughter had her own porn Web site, though he did say she told other family members about her site on Thanksgiving, the day before she disappeared.

(BEGIN VIDEO CLIP)

KENNEDY (voice-over): By day, she's been Emily Sander, a cute college co-ed living in Kansas.

UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Emily was a very important person and knew a lot of people.

KENNEDY: But at night, the clothes came off and she was Zoey Zane, a teen porn queen whose pictures are plastered all over the Internet. Now police are wondering if her disappearance last weekend has anything to do with her double life.

KENNEDY (on camera): This is something you're looking into?

CHIEF TOM BOREN, EL DORADO POLICE DEPT: Yes it is. The state of Kansas has a task force that's composed of FBI and KBI agents who do Internet crime investigations and computer forensics and they're at our disposal with any leads that might come up...

KENNEDY (voice-over): The 18-year-old was last seen on Friday leaving this bar in El Dorado, Kansas. Police are looking to question 24-year-old Mexican immigrant, Israel Mireles and his 16-year-old girlfriend, Victoria Martins.

KENNEDY (on camera): Witnesses saw Mireles leave with Emily that night, is that correct?

BOREN: That's correct.

KENNEDY: And tell me what they told you.

BOREN: Witnesses last saw the two of them in two different places of business that evening, one at a dinner club earlier in the evening, and then late Friday at another club. They left there together, and were known to be alone together.

KENNEDY (voice-over): Mireles' hotel room in El Dorado room was covered in blood and his rental car was found abandoned in Texas. Sander's friends recently held a vigil and her family says they fear for the worse.

CLEM SANDER, EMILY'S GRANDFATHER: It's hard to believe that anybody would do something like this, but it happens in today's world. Our society has changed, for the worse.

KENNEDY: Friends say Sander began posing nude over the summer, soon after her 18th birthday, creating her own Web site, which advertises nude pics and videos.

One of the sites says "more pictures of Zoey coming really soon," but police say they're not so sure.

CAPT JUSTIN PHILLIPS, EL DORADO, KS POLICE: While we would very much like to speak with her face to face, the hopes diminish each day that she remains uncharacteristically missing.

KENNEDY: and police say they are going to conduct tests on the newly discovered body as soon as possible to see if it is Emily. Meanwhile, they are also stepping up a manhunt to locate Mireles, who they say believe -- they may believe went back to Mexico. Police say, John and Heather, he still has family there.

GIBSON: And of course, we are, you know, waiting for the news about this body to see if it turns out — if it's her. Zoey, the small town porn star. Does this sound like a stalker or random abduction?

KENNEDY: You know, the police really are trying to steer away from the Internet connection. They say Mireles and Sander met for the first time that night, though they do not know whether they had arranged a meeting over the Internet, so at this point, we really don't know.

GIBSON: Could be coincidence?

KENNEDY: Could be coincidence. They might have just met there and it went from there, if it is him, and it looks like it is, because of the blood in his hotel room.

GIBSON: Douglas Kennedy. Douglas, thank you very much.
