LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Police in eastern Kentucky have issued an Amber alert for a woman and her three children.
Authorities say April Perez is a custodial mother, but may be suicidal.
She and the children were last seen around midnight Tuesday in Summit -- a small Lawrence County town near Paintsville.
The children are 3-year-old Blake Perez, 5-year-old Antonio Perez and 7-year-old Jhakoby Barnett.
They were last seen in a 1992 Ford F-150 pickup with the side windows broken out and police say they may have been headed to Tennessee.
Anyone seeing such a truck with children in it should call local police.
