A 24-year-old man is in trouble with the law after he waived a Japanese steel sword at a group of children, MyFoxTwinCities is reporting.

The children were looking for a baseball bat that had rolled under a shrub when the man came after them, the station is reporting.

The man, who is charged with one count of making terroristic threats and four counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, told police the children were loud and he lost control, MyFoxTwinCities is reporting.
