A woman accused of drowning her children in a bathtub has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder charges.
Amber Hill of Cleveland could face the death penalty if convicted of killing her children ages 2 and 4 last month.
Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Judge John Sutula on Wednesday ordered that the 22-year-old remain in jail without bond.
A message seeking comment was left with Hill's attorney Fernando Mack.
Authorities haven't offered a motive for the killings. They say Hill had no history of neglecting the girls.
