Friday Finals: Week's Winners and Losers

The trouble begins… now! Does John's My Word make your blood boil? Click here to listen live to The John Gibson Show on FOX News Radio (weekdays, 6-9 p.m. ET). It's your chance to call in and argue with John!

It's the Friday Finals, the winners and losers of the week as chosen by me and Heather and the rest of "The Big Story" staff. Let's start with the winners, shall we?

Bill Clinton is a winner for saying "How dare you" and shaking his boney fingers at 9/11 truthers who were chanting "9/11 was an inside job." Glad he's on the right side on this one.

Bobby Jindal is a winner. The newly elected Republican governor of Louisiana is ending generations of successive and corrupt Democratic rule in the Bayou State. Maybe he can get something done.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is a winner for calling out reporters trying to make good news into bad in the California fires.

Marie Osmond is a big winner. She fainted on live TV on "Dancing With the Stars." The fact that she danced herself into unconsciousness shows the grit and determination viewers of that show like. She hung in there big time.

Now the losers of the week and why.

California Lt. Gov. John Garamendi is the big loser because he wouldn't take the hint when Barbara Boxer admitted she was wrong and kept insisting California was somehow suffering because of Iraq. Not true no matter how many times he repeats the lie.

Aging movie great Robert Redford and all the other Hollywood anti-war types whose anti-war movies are bombing at the box office are losers. It says a lot about the people in this country, that they are not always fooled by Hollywood's lefty agenda.

Britney Spears is a big loser. The human trainwreck that won't quit. Whether she gets some visitation for her kids or not, she has demonstrated only a faint grip on reality, and kids don't need space-case moms.

The last big loser is Iran. The same week the U.S. hammers President Ahmadinejad with bad news sanctions, the U.S. Military announces it's ready to go with a 30,000-pound mega bomb designed to get rats hiding in deep holes.

And those are your Friday Finals, the winners and losers of the week.

That's My Word.
