It's doubtful that when some says "nuke it," Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad thinks about popping dinner in the microwave.
But, Iran's boss did reveal Tuesday that he was a good cook who prepares "delicious" food, and that he regrets not spending more time in the kitchen.
In a TV interview meant to show his lighter side, Ahmadinejad portrayed himself as a workaholic husband who regrets having little time at home.
"Before (I became president) I used to do the grocery shopping. Now sometimes I help in the kitchen and I know how to make all the Iranian food," Ahmadinejad said.
Pressed for details, he defiantly declared: "Of course what I make is delicious! Ask everyone who has eaten it! I can make all the different kinds of soups and Iranian stews."
