Our special guest this week:
• Karl Rove, White House Deputy Chief of Staff

President Bush’s longtime political strategist and close friend, Karl Rove, announced his resignation this week as White House deputy chief of staff, effective at the month’s end. He is known as “boy genius” and “the architect” of the Bush political machine. He says he’ll be returning to Texas, but can he really leave politics behind? We’ll talk to him about his best and worst moments in the White House, his 2008 election outlook and his involvement in some controversial scandals hanging over the Bush administration. I’ll go one-on-one LIVE with the man behind it all.

And, it’s been a roller coaster ride for the economy this week. Our panel will discuss what this wild ride on Wall Street means for consumers. Joining us will be:

Fred Barnes of the Weekly Standard
Bill Kristol of the Weekly Standard
Nina Easton of Fortune Magazine
