BALTIMORE – Baltimore Police say a Marine reservist just out of basic training was stabbed to death this morning in Southeast Baltimore.
It happened around 2 a.m. in the unit block of South Chapel Street.
Police say one of the victims was involved in an altercation yesterday afternoon with one of the two suspects, who showed up early this morning and began stabbing one of the victims.
They say 18-year-old Michael Simms stepped in to help a friend who was being stabbed, but was stabbed himself.
