Citizens Communications Co. (CZN) is expected to report earnings per share for the third quarter of 17 cents, according to analysts polled by Thomson First Call.

Dean Foods Co. (DF) is expected to post third-quarter per-share income of 56 cents.

EchoStar Communications Corp. (DISH) is expected to post earnings of 38 cents per share for the third quarter.

Mittal Steel Co. (MT) is expected to report per-share income of $1.54 for the third quarter.

Nortel Networks Corp. (NT) is expected to post income of a penny per share for the third quarter.

Playboy Enterprises (PLA) is expected to report a third-quarter per-share loss of 3 cents.

RR Donnelley & Sons Co. (RRD) is expected to post earnings of 66 cents per share for the third quarter.

Sara Lee Corp. (SLE) is expected to report first-quarter per-share income of 25 cents.

Tenet Healthcare (THC) is expected to post a per-share loss of 7 cents for the third quarter.

Teva Pharmaceutical (TEVA) is expected to report third-quarter income of 63 cents per American Depositary Receipt.

After Monday's closing bell, Fluor (FLR) said earnings in its third quarter tumbled 80% after project delays in turbulent countries like Haiti and Afghanistan led to more than $150 million in cost overruns.

Activision Inc. (ATVI) reported fiscal second-quarter revenue of $188.2 million, down 15% from the $222.5 million the company reported a year ago. The results were higher than the $130 million forecast Activision gave in August, and above the $163 million consensus estimate from analysts surveyed by Thomson First Call.

Altera Corp. (ALTR) said its quarterly net income rose 12% from last year's same period on higher sales of chips used in networking equipment and consumer electronics gear.

Anadarko Petroleum Corp. (APC) reported third-quarter net income of $1.46 billion, or $3.15 a share, compared with $598 million, or $1.25, a year ago. Revenue for the three months ended Sept. 30 more than doubled to $3.5 billion from $1.53 billion a year ago.

Cutera Inc. (CUTR) reported third-quarter net earnings of $2.95 million, or 21 cents a share, down 22% from $3.8 million, or 27 cents a share, during the year-ago period. The provider of laser and other light-based aesthetic systems posted revenue of $25.1 million vs. $19 million.

Dominion Homes Inc. (DHOM) reported a third-quarter net loss of $5.94 million, or 73 cents a share. During the same period a year ago, Dominion posted net earnings of $1.17 million, or 14 cents a share.

Eastman Kodak Co. (EK) said a U.S. district judge has ruled for the company in a class action lawsuit brought on behalf of shareholders, concluding that the allegations were insufficient to support the claims.

General Growth Properties Inc. (GGP) said the third-quarter net loss widened, as interest expense rose, to $8.16 million, or 3 cents a share, from a $6.83 million, or 3 cents a share, during the same period in the prior year. The real estate investment trust said quarterly per-share funds from operations fell to 65 cents from 71 cents.

H&R Block (HRB) said it may sell its Option One subprime mortgage business as the tax-preparation specialist looks to cut exposure to a slowing housing market.

Herbalife Ltd. (HLF) reported third-quarter net earnings of $26.5 million, or 36 cents a share, compared with $27.1 million or 37 cents a share, during the year-ago period. The nutritional supplement and personal care products company posted revenue of $476.4 million vs. $401 million.

OpenTV Corp. (OPTV) reported a third-quarter net loss of $1.78 million, or a penny a share, down from a net loss of $4.05 million, or 3 cents a share, during the year-ago period. Revenue rose 36% to $26.6 million from $19.5 million.

OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. (OSIP) posted a wider net loss for its third quarter and said it will exit its eye disease business. OSI said it lost $21.3 million, or 37 cents a share, in the latest quarter, compared with a loss of $20 million, or 39 cents a share, in the same quarter last year.

PerkinElmer Inc. (PKI) said it has approved a stock buyback program of up to 10 million shares over the next four years.

RealNetworks Inc. (RNWK) reported third-quarter profit nearly quadrupled on a strong demand for its games to $42.2 million or 24 cents a share, compared to the $11.2 million, or 6 cents a share from a year ago.

Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd. (SNDA) said it has agreed to sell part of its stake in fellow Chinese Internet company SINA Corp. (SINA) for $99.1 million.

Sonus Networks Inc. (SONS) said it is not providing detailed third-quarter financial results because the company has yet to determine the accounting impact from its stock-options review.
