Laughing Sure Beats Crying

Welcome to the Daily Doocy,

Today I’m traveling through the South, as part of my book tour for "The Mr. & Mrs. Happy Handbook."

Let's face it: people love to laugh, especially viewers of "FOX & Friends" and that's one of the reasons why this is, according to The New York Times, the No. 1 humor book in America. It's also in The New York Times' top 10 and the same for the Wall Street Journal (note to self: start reading the Wall Street Journal).

Now it turns out, not only are people laughing, they may be laughing TOO MUCH! Just look at this note from Margie in Florida:

Last night my son was in being tutored and I had 2 hours to wait in the car. I was reading your book while I waited. I started laughing so hard so many times. People around the parking lot were staring at me but I couldn't help it! The part about the honeymoons was the last straw. I had tears running down my face from laughing! Great job!
